How do I obtain a copy of a police report?
To obtain a copy of a completed police report first call the Records Division of the Sapulpa Police Department at 918-248-5977 and provide them with your name, date of the report, and report number if you have it. Completed reports can be picked up in person between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Costs start at $0.25 per page.

If you are unable to come to the Sapulpa Police Department you can send a self-addressed stamped envelope along with $2.00 check or money order made out to the Sapulpa Police Department and it will be mailed to you.
